Reactivating an Authorized Person

As a security measure, all authorized persons accounts status will be (on hold) every six months. The responsible person registered in LMRA must log into the Expat Management System (EMS) to activate or delete the authorized persons registered on his/her establishment.

Service Conditions

Process Description

  1. Click here to login to the LMRA Expat Management System (EMS) and start the process of reactivating an authorized person.
  2. Click on "Authorized Details" folder, and then click on "Confirm Authorized Persons".
  3. A list with the names of the authorized persons registered on your establishment will appear.
  4. To activate an authorized person, please choose the confirm icon next to the authorized person’s name.
    If you do not want to activate the authorized person, please choose the remove icon next to the authorized person’s name to delete their authorization.
  5. The authorized persons whose authorization has been activated will then be able to log onto the Expat Management System (EMS) using their advanced eKey.
