To facilitate this process, Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) has started providing International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) to all expatriate employees entering the kingdom of Bahrain through the Bahrain International Airport. This measure aims to facilitate transactions for employers and ensure documented payment records to safeguard the rights of both employers and expatriate employees.
