1- How can I request a settlement if I do not have an electronic key (eKey)?

You can visit the front inspection offices at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) main building or through virtual communication for E-Settlement service (Inspection E-Services (Appointments)).

The criminal records will be referred to the Public Prosecution and this will be recorded in the record of the proceedings.

5- Why should I request a settlement?

Because settlement gives the violating employer the opportunity to settle the violation at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) before referring it to the Public Prosecution, by paying the settlement amount stipulated in the law, and thus the criminal case and all its effects expire once the settlement amount is paid in full.

The settlement amount varies depending on the violation, and is multiplied by the number of violating workers.
