Decree No. (51) of 2021 Regarding the Appointment of a Chief Executive Officer for the Labour Market Regulatory Authority

We, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain
After reviewing the Constitution,
And Law No. (19) of 2006 regarding the regulation of the labour market, and its amendments,
And Decree No. (21) of 2016 regarding the transferring and appointing of general managers in the Civil Service Bureau,
And Decree No. (39) of 2019 regarding the regulation of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
And based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority,
And based on the proposal of the Minister of Labour and Social Development,
And after the agreement of the Council of Ministers,
Have decreed the following:
Article one
Mr. Jamal Abdulaziz Abdulghaffar Al-Alawi shall be appointed as Chief Executive Officer for the Labour Market Regulatory Authority for a period of three years.
Article Two
The Minister of Labour & Social Development shall implement this decree, and it shall come into force from the date of its issuance, and it shall be published in the Official Gazette.
