Protection
Receiving complaints and inquiries related to the employment relationship, including:
- Providing support and guidance on legal and administrative procedures relevant to employment relations.
- Intervening in official documents retention cases.
- Case evaluation through identification of trafficking in persons indicators.
Labour Dispute Submissions
Providing administrative assistance in filing labour cases, through preparing case statement, translating supporting documents, lodging the case in the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf system, and following up until the dispute is resolved.
Civil Disputes Submissions for Registered Workers
Providing administrative assistance in filing civil cases for registered workers, through preparing case statement, translating supporting documents, lodging the case in the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf system, and following up until the dispute is resolved.
Grievances
Receiving expatriate workers’ grievances against absence from work claims, and grievances against validity of work permit.
