Through this service, expatriate employee can cancel his/her intention to transfer application applied earlier.

Physical Location

1. Fill in the Expatriates Service Application Form PDF (1.14 MB) and submit all the required documents to the LMRA Expatriate Services Directorate.
2. Collecting the biometric data of the expatriate employee.

Legal Regulations

• Order No. (79) for 2009 Regarding the Procedures for Transferring a Foreign Worker to Another Employer.
