Grievance Against the Absence from Work During the Verification Period (30 Days)

Through this service, expatriate employee can file a grievance against absence from work notification during one month of the submission date of the application.

Service Conditions

  • Existence of a labour dispute or court case before the date of submitting the notification by the employer in the Expat Management System (EMS).
  • There is an evidence of the expatriate employee’s termination of service by the employer (a letter or email to terminate the service) before or during submitting the notification.

  • Intention to transfer, resign or registered mail card (If any).
  • Labour complaint or court case (If any).
