Before applying for Virtual Service Centre, kindly follow the below instructions:
- Keep the original ID card (Smart Card) ready and available for the below services:
- Service will be provided only to the responsible/ authorized persons for the above services.
- Ensure a quiet atmosphere to allow for clear communication.
- Ensure a secure internet/ network connection.
- Enable microphone and webcam prior to the chat.
- The meeting is recorded for quality purposes.
- Remote service will be provided for one expatriate employee only.
Process Description
- Choose the required service.
- Book an appointment to complete the service and enter the information.
- Enter the verification number sent to your email.
- Access link will be sent to your email.
- Visit the link at the specific time to complete the service.
