Expatriate Employee Deportation Deposit
This service allows employers to pay the deportation deposit for expatriate employees who have overstayed after the cancellation of their work permits.
Service Conditions
- Expatriate employee work permit must be cancelled.
- The work permit cancellation date must be on or after 03-11-2023.

Process Description
- Login to the LMRA Expat Management System (EMS) and pay expatriate employee deportation deposit.
- Click on Billing folder, and then click on (View Overstay Workers and Deposit Payment).
- Choose the required expatriate employee to pay the deportation deposit.
- Click on (Pay Expat Overstay Deposit).
