Electronic Client Satisfaction Ratings
The Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) Electronic Support System (eSupport) was published by LMRA in 2007 to provide electronic solutions to LMRA clients to resolve their issues, and to submit complains and suggestion without the need to visit any LMRA outlet. In addition the Electronic Support system enables the client to evaluate the LMRA performance. The Electronic support system received 709,456 electronic tickets until the year 2023 with an average satisfaction rate of 4 out of 5 for the last 5 years.
