E-Settlement

Through this service, employers can submit a request for an online settlement service for violations that are eligible for settlement.

Process Description

  1. Login to the Expat Management System (EMS) using your electronic key and select the eSupport function.
  2. Select the Electronic Settlement Service and submit the request.
  3. The judicial enforcement officer will send you a record of the settlement procedure, which will include the data of the violating workers and the prescribed fine.
  4. The judicial enforcement officer will ask you to sign a record of the settlement procedure and re-submit it again.
  5. You will receive a notification that the settlement procedure has been approved and you will be given 7 working days to pay the prescribed fine from the date of approval.
