E-Settlement
Through this service, employers can submit a request for an online settlement service for violations that are eligible for settlement.
Service Conditions
- The applicant must be the same person who was proven to have used the violating worker, and who was requested to attend.

Process Description
- Login to the Expat Management System (EMS) using your electronic key and select the eSupport function.
- Select the Electronic Settlement Service and submit the request.
- The judicial enforcement officer will send you a record of the settlement procedure, which will include the data of the violating workers and the prescribed fine.
- The judicial enforcement officer will ask you to sign a record of the settlement procedure and re-submit it again.
- You will receive a notification that the settlement procedure has been approved and you will be given 7 working days to pay the prescribed fine from the date of approval.
Fees
- Service Fee:
- BHD 1000 (for each violating worker).
- BHD 2000 (for violating the terms of the permit by employing domestic employees).
