Notification of an Offence Service
Through this service, all citizens and residents can report matters that violate the provisions of the Labour Market Law, especially those related to the use of irregular workers and their locations, within the framework of the joint societal responsibility to address the phenomenon of irregular workers and the illegal practices arising from it.
Confidentiality of Complaint
Based on Article No. (8) of Resolution No. (74) of 2007 regarding the inspection of those subject to the provisions of the Labour Market Regulation Law and its amendments (Arabic Only), the Authority is committed to not disclosing the identity of the complainant and not informing those subject to inspection of it, and verifying the accuracy of what is stated in these complaints within a framework of professionalism and complete confidentiality.

Process Description
- Fill the Notification of an Offence Form PDF (1.63 MB).
- Send it via the following channels:
- The National System for Suggestions and Complaints (Tawasul) or through the Tawasul application for smart devices.
- The eSupport function on the Expat Management System (EMS).
