Complaint Against Employment Office
The Complaints Follow-up department in the Client Services Directorate receives complaints from citizens and residents against authorized employment offices licensed by (LMRA) regarding the office's non-compliance with the level of service and the clauses of the agreement that have been agreed upon between the two parties.
Service Conditions
- Availability of documents proving the contract with the employment office.
- That the contract is in place (in the probationary period / 90 days) in the event of a dispute regarding the domestic employee.
- It must be submitted by the employer personally, or his representative with an authorization to submit it.

Process Description
- Submit the application by sending the required documents to the email: Complaints Section (complaints.section@lmra.gov.bh).
Notes on the application process:
- The complaint is received by the Complaints and Follow-up Section of the Licensing Department of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, it is reviewed and is communicated to the employment office to settle the submitted complaint.
Physical Location
- Personal attendance at the front offices of the Licensing Department at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority
- Fill out all the data in the application form and attach the required documents.

- Submit the application by sending the required documents via The National Suggestions and Complaints System (Tawasul).
- Submit the application via the eSupport function on the Expat Management System (EMS) by attaching the form and the required documents all in 1 file in PDF format (Does not exceed 3000 KB).
