Updating the Employer and the Establishments Details at LMRA

The details of the employer or his /her establishment are updated according to the information and documents provided.

Attach the required documents according to the type of update required.
In the event of changing the responsible person, the new appointed responsible person must attend.
If the responsible person is replaced, all authorized signatories registered on the Commercial Registration (CR) at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC) must sign the Replacement of CR’s Responsible Person PDF (1 MB) form.
If the email or contact number of the responsible person needs to be updated, the responsible person can update it via the Expat Management System (EMS).

**Updating the Employer and the Establishments Details at LMRA Required Documents**

1	Documents that support updating details, example: Updating Commercial Registration (CR) address: Attach a copy of the commercial registration containing the updated address. Updating the electricity account number: Attach a copy of the last electricity bill in which the address appearing in it matches the Commercial Registration (CR) address.	Copy
2	Replacement of CR’s Responsible Person Form PDF (1 MB) (If the responsible person is changed, and attach a copy of the ID cards for all the authorized signatories registered on the commercial registration at the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (MOIC)	Copy
3	Recent unit notification from the Information and e-Government Authority (If the unit name is updated) (Agricultural land, whether owned or collateral, real estate, shopping malls, private compounds and apartment buildings, social clubs, NGOs, political and charitable funds and places of worship)	Copy

The required updates are requested by visiting the client services counters in one of the branches or by submitting a ticket via the eSupport System.
Submit the documents that support the requested change.
If there is a change in the appointed responsible person, he/ she must personally attend one of LMRA’s branches.
