The Labour Inspection Directorate inserts administrative notices on the commercial registration or on the personal number of the employer, authorized person or worker, based on organizational procedures or results of inspection visits. This service allows the employer, authorized person or worker to raise the listed administrative notice after submitting documents and completing the requirements.
Process Description
Personal attendance:
Personal attendance at the front desk of inspection offices at the Labour Market Regulatory Authority.
The submission of all required data and documents.
The application will be resolved within maximum of 10 working days.
E-Support System:
The employer must enter the electronic system using his/her password.

Special Conditions
The employer or his representative with an official power of attorney registered in LMRA system must be physically present upon submitting the service request.
The applicant must be the employer or the authorized person registered in the LMRA system in case of applying electronically.
