Intention to Transfer

Through this service, an expatriate employee can announce his/her intention to change the employer or to prevent being moved to another Commercial Registration (CR) without notification. Once the notification is submitted, the current employer will be blocked from renewing the employee at the end of the work permit.

Process Description

  1. Book an appointment through Appointment Management System for personal attendance of the expatriate employee at any of LMRA branches (Riffa/ Mina Salman).
  2. Fill in the Expatriates Service Application Form PDF (1.14 MB) and submit all the required documents at LMRA Expatriate Services Counter.
  3. Biometric data (Fingerprint, IRIS and Signature) collection.
